How are prices shown?

Prices are per pack and before GST. GST is added at checkout and shown on your invoice. Bigger packs cost less per kg.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Bank transfer / UPI (manual), Cash on delivery.

What are the delivery charges?

Free delivery on orders above ₹25,000 (before GST). Below that, a flat ₹600 is charged.

Can I get a GST invoice?

Yes. Add your company name and GSTIN at checkout and the invoice will carry them.

How are hazardous chemicals shipped?

Acids, alkalis and flammables are packed in rated drums and carboys, labelled, and sent with their MSDS.
